I'm an expert in communication and facilitation with young people. In 2007, I was head hunted to re-launch Giant Minds, an enterprise education programme, on behalf of The Bridge Club North. 

I re-wrote the content and won contracts to deliver to over 8,500 young people and turnover in excess of £120k. We won the Learning Skills Council (LSC) Working in the Community Award '08.  

I then span-out ANYTHING But Limited and won the Alumni Achievement Award '08 from Newcastle University. Since then I've worked with schools across the UK and multinationals like Symbian, BT, Ford, Visa and BAE Systems. 

I've also worked as a Creative Agent on behalf of Creative Partnerships, supporting transformational change in bulding more creative curriculums as well as spaces. 

In June 2010 I partnered with Jeremiah Alexander to launch every1speaks - the world's first Student Voice Software (we're no1 in Google - check if you like) with the aim of supporting school improvement through better engaging young people in the decision making process.
