Quite a few things happened in a short space of time that led to the creation of our business. It started when I left my husband, moved into the flat above my regular butcher’s shop, had a car accident and the met my new partner through an internet dating website.

That was 2009, also the year I set up my first business, Moreish Food. I couldn’t have predicted what would happen within the first week of trading but it changed my perspective on the business completely. Thanks to my Google pay per click advertising I got an enquiry from Renault UK for 250 cupcakes to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Clio. My biggest order was 5,500 cupcakes for Jo Molone!

I have now started a new business with my partner Paul McAlpine. Innov8 Disposal Ltd was born from Paul's dream to help people dispose of IT equipment in a new and exciting way. Since the summer of 2010 we have created the concept and we pulled our core strengths together and started to create some ideas to get the business up and running.
