I was spending more and more time doing the admin and could keep up with the production side.
I knew that I couldn’t remain as a one-person operation if the business was going to grow so I had no choice other than to start employing people.
And I never considered that it wouldn’t work out – perhaps that’s something to do with my stubbornness and determination!
